Therber Brock & Associates and its predecessors have been providing financial advisory services (structuring and marketing bond issues to finance infra-structure projects) for over 35 years We have assisted schools, libraries, townships, counties, utilities, cities, towns and regional districts with their financing needs including assistance with tax rates and the preparation of utility rate studies as well as providing other financial and consulting services.
ABOUT US
Lonnie Therber - Lonnie is a graduate of Wabash College and has over 45 years of experience with municipal financing in Indiana. Lonnie focuses on schools, libraries, parks and hospitals.
Steve Brock - Steve is a graduate of Indiana University (BS) and Butler University (MBA). Steve is a CPA and focuses on serving the needs of cities, towns and utilities. Steve has also passed the Series 50 exam.
Mike Therber - Mike is a graduate of DePauw University (BA). Mike focuses on the needs of schools and works with bond insurance companies and rating agencies.
